Call Centre Telephonist

This position involves working from within a call centre environment where the applicant will receive inbound calls from both the general Public and Corporate account customers. We are looking to employ professional and friendly individuals who have a high level of attention to detail and are computer literate.  The applicant’s communications skills must be of the highest order as they will be the first point of contact for our customers.
Previous experience in operating the Autocab taxi dispatch system would be advantageous. However, this is not an essential requirement, as all applicants will receive specific systems training and must pass our in-house assessment before being considered for employment within the organisation.

• IT/computer literacy: office skills, ability to touch type and use common software packages.

• Action planning: prioritising, making decisions, assessing progress and making changes if necessary.
