For this position we are looking to employ Professional individuals who have Direct Experience of being a Principle Call Centre Controller with a strong Private Hire Background.  The individual should be of a strong character and possess an excellent geographical knowledge of the Greater London Area and should also be able to demonstrate their experience of operating a computerised transport dispatch system.

This key position involves the management, co-ordination and monitoring of work flows being filtered to them via a team of telephonists. The individual must have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, a very high level of attention to detail and be able to think on their feet. The applicant must be able to demonstrate their ability to operate from within a challenging environment whilst giving instructions to a team of telephonists and whilst also being able to co-ordinate a number of key tasks.
